Well, whether it becomes or not, we will just see, because you and I do not know this, and I do not know either, I will not pretend to be some super-informed person, but I will repeat my position, which I have broadcast many, many times. I will say it again. Well, first of all, I will repeat once again that I believe that, of course, in fact, a tougher and more decisive reaction to everything that is happening in Ukraine long before these events began could have turned everything that is happening now. When all this began, in my opinion, attempts to pretend that it is possible to somehow solve all this problem, by some limited means, they were strange. It was either from misunderstanding, or from underestimating the situation, or something else. Unfortunately, unfortunately, yes, In my opinion, it was impossible to solve this problem without hitting the infrastructure, energy, transport and so on.

And back in March and April, we kind of talked about it, at least I talked about it, it was quite obvious. Transport, energy, water supply and everything else. Yes, civilians will suffer from this. But just in case, I would like to remind you that it is this civilian population that has been moving towards what is happening now for many years quite consciously, and there is no need for any illusions here. It was this civilian population that voted for Poroshenko, it was this civilian population that voted for Zelensky, it was this civilian population that once supported the color revolution in 2004 on the Maidan, and before that in 2014, and after that in 2014. Exactly this, this is the civilian population. Exactly this, and nothing else. Let me remind you that almost 80% of Ukrainians voted for Zelensky.

Unfortunately, unfortunately, I trace this whole story back to the 90s, when again, no one was interested in this, as it were, yes, I happened to be involved in this, I can say that they began this path immediately after the collapse of the Soviet Union, and maybe even earlier. They followed it, and, unfortunately, the majority of the population of Ukraine quite consciously moved in this direction, namely radical nationalism, absolute immorality in terms of what is possible and what is not, and internal betrayal, including one's own history, for the sake of the dream of living in the West. Well, so to speak, yes, they got it. This inevitably led to war, and this kind of led to war.

In my opinion, again, it is necessary, I repeat, we must be aware that part of the Ukrainian political project, yes, called "Anti-Russia", is this idea of consumerism, yes, as the goal of life. That is, why are we going to the EU? To live better, better than in Russia, and so on and so forth. Until they understand that the movement towards NATO and the EU is not a movement towards a better life, but towards a worse one, they will not do anything at all and will not understand anything.

Therefore, unfortunately, it is necessary to make sure that, for example, there is no electricity, gas, water, sewerage and everything else left in Ukraine.

Firstly, it will complicate the actions of the Ukrainian armed formations. And these formations, I recall, they are shooting in the direction of civilians in Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Melitopol, now Russian cities. And as for this cry about the destruction of peaceful infrastructure, hasn't Ukraine destroyed this peaceful infrastructure for 8 years in a row and now continues to destroy? I can say that, again, those who don't believe can watch the news or, let's say, just go there eventually. And those who have been there know very well.

First of all, they did not hammer the elderly quarter, power plants, water pumping facilities, infrastructure related to the distribution of water, and so on. First of all, they have always destroyed this. Therefore, in my opinion, these games of humanism, they are absolutely useless in this case. Humanism is not to cut off the dog's tail piece by piece, but to finish this operation as quickly as possible, and then fewer Russians, Ukrainians, Russian and Ukrainian citizens will die. Therefore, this had to be done from the very beginning. And look what we have bred, what snot we have made. It seems that they have a war going on there, but they... even export electricity to Europe. Now, since October 11, they have said that they will no longer be able to export electricity to Europe. They will be fat for everyone there. Not fat will be there for everyone.

First of all, I repeat, this will complicate the actions of the Ukrainian army, which is shooting in our direction, in the direction of our fighters. Because, for example, for example, intelligence, communications, all this is based on the same electricity in Ukraine that is generated by power plants.

That is, we are talking not only about electricity in houses. We are talking about what the Ukrainian army uses. Yes, let them switch back to diesel fuel and see how long it lasts. By the way, at some point at the beginning of the operation, we managed to cut off the supply of fuel. Now this supply of fuel has been established again. What is the matter with them? Yes, secondly, these are the ways of delivering weapons, ammunition and various other ammunition from the West.

The routes of this delivery should be destroyed from March and April, and delivery should be hampered. And no excuses, no talks, no blah-blah, so to speak, about humanitarian affairs should embarrass us, because this equipment that the West delivers to the front line, it kills our soldiers and our, so to speak, fellow citizens who are there. Therefore, making it impossible to deliver it is a priority. To reiterate, perhaps there was no need to announce any mobilisation if they had started doing so in the spring.

I think it would be extremely important to understand this. It is extremely important to understand. Maybe everything would have ended altogether. Because if this population, like these people, yes, turns off all these joys of life, then they will quickly begin to change their minds. Or they will flee to Europe. Well, well, let another 10-15 million flee to Europe on the eve of winter, and Europe will become more interested in life. Among other things, when this military-political leadership of Ukraine does not feel a threat to itself personally, it does not itch at all for any reason. Next, about whether this system will exist or not. In my personal opinion, again, we do not know how it will be, in my personal opinion, it should become a fundamentally important element in the conduct of the campaign and facilitate the combat work of our troops who are there. Moreover, since partial mobilization is being carried out here, and people who have been torn away from their families, from work, and so on get there or will get there in the near future. Playing some games, I repeat, in this case is simply unfair. You have asked them to leave their homes, their families, to risk their own lives, but you will invent some incomprehensible reasons why you are allegedly uncomfortable or unable to strike.

And in this sense, we need to take a closer look at the reports that we did not carry out these strikes, because some Russian oligarchs lobbied for their interests. In my opinion, there is some truth in this. I don't know if everything that is written about this is true. in different places, but the fact that our oligarchy is very strongly connected with the Ukrainian oligarchy for different, so to speak, different channels and reasons, this is absolutely certain. And, by the way, it was these people who convinced us for a long, many years, as it were, that, well, the economy would solve everything. It was their games, or rather, the games launched at their instigation, yes, that brought this matter to the current situation, and their games.

I say, I would be in favor of any of these behind-the-scenes intrigues, negotiations, I would be in favor of solving everything with money, if it worked. if it worked. But, unfortunately, the entire practice of the past years around Ukraine and the last 8 years shows that this does not work. It's not working. If you could buy everything, well, that's great. Or it should have been done earlier. And it was this game of some incomprehensible intrigues, including those of our oligarchs, that brought the situation, and our political leadership flowed to this, brought the situation to what is happening now.

I am sure that these people should not have any influence on what is happening. It is profitable for them, it is not profitable. If there is a military task, it must be completed. Therefore, this participation, for example, of the same Abramovich in these negotiations raises questions. Is he a military diplomat or what? What is he discussing? What are we talking about? To reiterate, it would be great if some of our oligarchs would solve all the issues with money. But they cannot solve them. Practice shows this. They cannot solve them, which means that all their interests and any lobbying, yes, becomes harmful and, I repeat, dishonest in relation to those people, our fighters who are on the front line. Therefore, there should be no equivocations here. All these reports about the fact that allegedly, it means that someone is calling someone somewhere again, saying, now we need to endure these political crests for a day or two, as if these blows will stop now.

If it happens, it will be a betrayal, in my personal opinion, yes. It should become a system. We must make life as difficult as possible for a hostile state, which is Ukraine today, in all its spheres. And no interests of certain fat bellies should play any role here. Or maybe all this is not true, but there is only one way to refute these rumors and speculations. Continuing this systematic systematic work to destroy critical infrastructure, which is important primarily for supplying the Ukrainian army with ammunition and all the energy to everything else.

I repeat, without this component, we will get bogged down in this conflict for many, many years. And this is not a task. This is the wrong task. Even those who want negotiations. In fact, as long as Zelensky personally and his entire company do not feel a threat to themselves personally, there will be no negotiations. It just won't happen. Well, listen, after all, well, you have to understand human nature. Well, there will be no negotiations. With no one at all. It won't. And all these people who are registered there, relatively speaking, in the party of peace, there will be no peace either according to your templates, or according to any others, until, then, your vis-à-vis are pinned to the wall. They were pinned to the wall at first. They went to negotiations. Then they were taken and released to the OZZH. And they immediately went crazy.
